Hua Hin is a growing tourism destination, bringing together residents, visitors, businesses, schools and communities. Beyond Tomorrow aims to turn everyday recycling into an opportunity for more than waste collection — creating a connection between recycling, education, community participation and measurable local impact.

A PRACTICAL LOCAL MODEL
What If Recycling Could Create Value Beyond Waste?

Recycling revenue generated through the programme can help support community and school-based environmental learning, creating a link between what people recycle today and the learning opportunities created for tomorrow.

THE MODEL
From Recycling to Community Impact
Turning Vision Into Action
What We Are Building
We build a community-driven recycling ecosystem that connects people, schools, businesses and local organisations. Through accessible recycling points, environmental education and meaningful partnerships, we aim to make sustainable practices part of everyday life and create lasting positive change for our communities and the environment.

Public Recycling
Create accessible recycling points in high-visibility community and tourism locations.

School Recycling
Support schools to establish practical recycling activities and continuous collection programmes.

Environment Education
Connect recycling with learning so students understand not only what to separate, but why it matters.

Community Participation
Bring residents, visitors, businesses, schools and local government into one shared effort.

Corporate Engagement
Create opportunities for businesses to support, participate in and communicate meaningful environmental action.

Impact Measurement
Track collection, participation, activities and outcomes to understand what is changing over time.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Hua Hin City Municipality, schools, communities and corporate partners. Following the initial school pilot, the next phase is expanding the programme across 7 Hua Hin Municipal Schools alongside the development of 5 public recycling stations in the community.
The longer-term ambition is to create a wider network of recycling collection points connecting public spaces, businesses, schools and communities across Hua Hin.
