Go Internship

What Is the Go Internship?

The Go Internship is a purpose-driven program that immerses interns in real community and social impact projects, allowing them to work closely with project teams, communities, and partner organizations. Through hands-on fieldwork, project coordination, research, and communication tasks, interns gain practical experience while learning how CSR and ESG initiatives are designed, implemented, and measured. Guided by experienced mentors and supported through structured learning sessions, the program helps interns build real-world skills, confidence, and a meaningful portfolio.

What You Will Learn

At Go Beyond Dreams, our internship program is designed to prepare you for real working environments. It's not just observation, but hands-on experience.

During your internship, you will learn how to:

    • Work on real projects in collaboration with corporate and community partners. Participants gain practical experience by contributing to initiatives that create tangible, measurable social impact beyond theory.

    • Learn how social impact is defined, measured, and evaluated. Understand key concepts, frameworks, and tools used to assess outcomes and long-term change in social and community-based projects.

    • Participate in on-the-ground fieldwork alongside experienced project teams. Gain first-hand exposure to working with communities, managing projects, and navigating real-world challenges.

    • Learn directly from mentors with backgrounds in CSR, ESG, and community development. Receive guidance, feedback, and insights from professionals actively working in the field.

    • Collaborate with communities and partner organizations to co-design projects. Develop a people-centered, participatory approach that ensures relevance, ownership, and sustainable outcomes.

    • Create a professional portfolio based on real project deliverables, such as project designs, field reports, impact summaries, and communication materials that demonstrate practical skills and experience.
