Songkran Road Safety Campaign | CSR Activity Session 2
On March 31, 2026, Go Beyond Dreams joined hands with The Hub Hua Hin, local government leaders, and community partners to deliver a meaningful road safety initiative at Ban Bo Fai Municipal School ahead of Thailand's busiest travel season.
More than 500 students learned road safety through hands-on activities, receiving helmets and practical knowledge to help make this Songkran and every journey ahead, a safer one.
A helmet can save a life.
Building Road Safety Through Experience
Rather than simply talking about road safety, students were encouraged to experience it.
Each student first received a participation coupon before joining an interactive learning session where they learned the importance of wearing a motorcycle helmet correctly.
One of the day's most memorable demonstrations involved using a hammer to break a block of ice, giving students a powerful visual representation of what can happen when the head is left unprotected in an accident. By witnessing the demonstration firsthand, students gained a deeper understanding of why wearing a motorcycle helmet is essential for protecting themselves on every journey.
Learning became something they could see, feel, and remember.
From Learning to Real-Life Protection
Education only creates impact when it leads to action.
After completing the safety session, every student received a motorcycle helmet to take home and use in their daily lives.
The activity concluded with snacks generously provided by Makro, creating a joyful ending while reinforcing that community partnerships can make meaningful change possible.
For many children, this was more than receiving a helmet, it was receiving protection they could carry with them every day.
